Moody Sunrise Engagement Session
Have I mentioned my all time favorite time to shoot is sunrise? Well it is. Every time the results are just so different and unique! When Fernando and Razi first reached out to me their only request was a session that was unique and felt like them.
After wracking my brain we decided on a location that i’ve been coming to for years. I’ve always thought this place had potential but never had the opportunity to use it for a session. I knew it was a super dynamic location and it would leave a lot of room for creativity. It was perfect.
We started our day near the lake with a picnic ft. coffee, pastries, and mimosas (minus the champagne haha). The little boat house was a bonus surprise and I absolutely loved it for this foggy sunrise.
I knew I wanted to include this cool rock face that i’ve ventured out to many times. By the time we were finishing up it was blazing hot. I jokingly (but not so jokingly) asked if they wanted to take a plunge and they were all for it. Literally such a cool way to end this super moody session.
